Additional Fees & Charges: Shipping fees and consumption taxes are to be borne by the customer. Payment processing fees are borne by us. For international shipping, customs duties and import taxes are also the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) and debit cards.
Payment Period: For credit and debit card payments, billing occurs at the time of order placement. If payment is not completed within the required period, the order may be cancelled.
Product Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within approximately 10 business days after order confirmation. Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, severe weather, peak seasons, or stock availability. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns & Exchanges: As Matcha is a food product, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will provide exchanges in cases of product damage, deterioration, delivery of incorrect items, or other circumstances recognized as force majeure. The return period is within 7 days of product arrival. Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by us. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations after order confirmation are not accepted. However, cancellations may be allowed only if the item has not yet been shipped and prior application to and approval from us are obtained.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the customer's original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. The period from return application to refund typically takes about 30 business days. Additional days may be required depending on processing times of financial institutions. Handling of Personal Information: Customers' personal information is managed in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.
